Hello! My name is Cyrus Starlowe (well, Starlowe isn't my real last name, but shhh), I am nonbinary (They/Them), and an artist with a passion for character design and clocks!I mainly draw digitally on an iPad using Procreate and an Apple Pencil. However I can also draw traditionally. My style is mostly cartoony, with big eyes, different shapes as noses, and expressive faces.I tend to draw character designs (like OCs or interpretations of existing characters), clocks + clock characters, and fan-art! I love to draw things that inspire me! (Especially making characters based on those things!)I am especially passionate about my interests, talking about them often and making art related to them. My major interests right now? Clocks, The Neo-Futurists, Jackbox Games/YOU DON'T KNOW JACK, and Outlast! I also enjoy other things that I consider side/smaller interests, such as It's A Small World, Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, Nintendo (Kirby, Pokemon, Miis, consoles, etc.), and more!

(Sorry for the amount of reading, I wanted to make sure there is as much information as possible here so no slip-ups happen during the commission process!)
Rules & Information:
Commissions will CLOSE temporarily if five people are already ordering commissions. I don't want to overwork myself, and I might be busy with other things sometimes.
All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. They are not for commercial use, and under no circumstances will be my art be used for AI/NFT purposes.
I may refuse any commissions I feel uncomfortable with. Please look at my Do's and Don'ts! If you want to ask about something, go ahead!
I will send you progress pictures (mainly of sketches as that's when I can most easily edit the artwork). Please give feedback on whatever I send! I want to make sure the commission is just perfect for you. I may not continue until I get your approval! I can edit sketches if needed/asked.
If you are going to commission me, PLEASE be sure of it, as I don't want to deal with someone suddenly cancelling when I'm already working on the drawing. (Also I have not dealt with refunds before and it stresses me out.)
Please tell me if I'm allowed to post your commission on my socials or not! If you want me to post it, I will. I can either tag you or let you remain anonymous! If you do not want me to post it, I won't.
Please offer references and be detailed in describing what you want!
Please don't rush me! It will give me stress, and I may be dealing with something else already! Besides, when I get a commission, it becomes a priority for me.

More Price Info + Payment Method Info:
I usually do simple, pattern backgrounds for my artwork. If you want a simple background of some little scenery, just ask. I don't think I'm comfortable working with and trying to price art involving full scenes yet, so simple backgrounds/scenery only please.
If you want to add another character, it will add to the cost of the commission. For example: An artwork in my current, sketchy style that is TWO full-bodies with color and shading would be $40. Or a sketchy-style full-body with color and shading along with a headshot with color and shading, which would be $28.
I only accept payment through CashApp ($BeepSparks) at the moment. Sorry if you use something else!
I only accept USD!
Pay me half of the commission price first, and I will begin work on the commission. When the commission is finished, pay me the other half. This allows both me and you to trust each other and not worry that either of us might be getting scammed. I will send progress pictures (such as sketches) to make sure you know I'm working on your commission, and to confirm any details of the art to make sure it looks the way you want it to. Progress pictures will be watermarked.
Do not try negotiating prices with me. Whatever is listed is the actual price. The only time prices should be discussed is if you have a genuine question about how pricing would work with specific details in the artwork (I wold say an example, but I can't come up with any.)
